Offices, Manchester

This project was to convert and reorganise 2 floors of office space for the Diocese of Manchester.

We carried out the full strip out. of all carpets, fixtures and fittings, partition walls, ceilings, data and power and lighting. Each area had a full reconfiguration which included forming of meeting rooms with glass screening, open plan office with modern facilities, new library space, new Chapel, Staff Room and Reception. Most areas received full refurbishment including new ceilings, LED lighting, carpets, decoration, air conditioning and new power and data. The reception had a bespoke reception desk created to suit the new layout. The Chapel was fitted out for the Diocese needs and we managed to relocate a piece of stained glass and create a lightbox feature to ensure this could be a focal piece.

This project was on the 3rd and 4th floor of a city-centre building and all works were carried out within a very live environment. Not only were the staff and tenants in the building extremely happy and considered throughout the build but the Building Manager was very pleased that intense works had been carried out with minimal disruption.
