For this project, we carried out a single-storey extension to a bungalow which added another 1/3 of floor space to this property.
Given the area, we had to pile the foundations and managed to cast a traditional slab. The brickwork was chosen by the customer and the roof was constructed on-site traditionally with timbers.
once the existing walls were removed the interior space was transformed and made a large kitchen/living space. We also managed to increase the size of the bathroom as a bonus to the homeowners.
