Project: Conversion of Victorian Villa to 14 Apartments
The site was the former Liverpool Theatre School on Alexandra Drive and an adjacent parking area will become home to two new buildings, comprising 59 apartments.
Conversion of an unused late 19-century coach house, called Alexandra Court, refurbished to create 14 luxury apartments. Full conversion from demolition to change of use and complete unfurnished luxury apartments.
Carrying out full commercial duties from inception (client brief), tendering, budget fitting and Value Engineering and full scope of works, award meetings, valuations, final account sign off and agreement.
Management duties providing Site Management and ensuring the Main Contractors procedures are implemented and followed.
